Hardware problem with BufStorage2 server

The BufStorage2 server has hardware problems, and all VPS accounts are offline. Our technicians are in the data center field and working on resolving this problem. The hardware problem is with RAM memory, and that does not impact client data in any way.
UPDATE: The hardware issue is resolved, and all VPS accounts are live and operable
